All services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis without guarantees or warranties of any kind. You understand and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data availability, or protection against unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Beluga Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Service downtime

  • Domain transfer issues

  • Email delivery failures

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

3. Refunds and Billing

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. For monthly services, refund requests may be honored within 48 hours of the original transaction. For annual plans, partial refunds may be offered within the first 30 days, minus the equivalent of one month’s service. After that period, no refunds will be issued.

4. Privacy Policy

We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide and manage services. This may include your name, email, IP address, and billing information.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • We may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics) that process your data according to their own privacy policies.

  • You may request to view or delete your stored information by contacting us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, site content, platform code, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Beluga Host or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee.

  • You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

7. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this page at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
